Christmas Lights Switch On

Get ready for a magical evening as Kettering lights up for Christmas! There will also be a dedicated SEND area for anyone with neurodiversity or a sensory processing disorder who needs some quiet space. Explore more than 30 local stalls featuring hot street food, artisan crafts, and mobile bars. Check out the Festive Fair which will be on during the event at St Peter and St Paul's Church Join the light-up table football tournament, snap a pic with the Lions' selfie sleigh, and enjoy roaming street entertainment. Soak in the sounds of Kettering Town Silver Band playing traditional brass tunes. A stunning 30ft Christmas tree from Welford Christmas Tree Farm will take centre stage in the Market Place.

Peter Pan – Panto 2026

In 2026, fly away to Neverland with Peter Pan! Join Peter, Wendy & Tinker Bell as they battle the fearsome Captain Hook and his motley crew of pirates. With pixie dust in the air and adventure around every corner, there’s only one rule in Neverland… never grow up! Packed with magical moments, swashbuckling action, and laugh-out-loud fun, this spectacular pantomime from KD Theatre Productions promises breathtaking flying effects, dazzling scenery, show-stopping songs, and glittering costumes that will have the whole family cheering for more. So think happy thoughts, take the second star to the right, and head straight on to the Lighthouse Theatre Pantomime — the Peter Pan adventure of a lifetime awaits! The 6pm performance on the 30th of December will be a relaxed performance. This means that the show will be adapted to suit people who might require a more relaxed environment when going to the theatre. Keep the magic alive! 5% of your ticket price will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital, supporting the incredible work they do for children and families.
