Advertising Terms and Conditions

These advertising terms and conditions govern advertising campaigns agreed between the station and the advertiser. They are a starting point and should be reviewed and edited to reflect how the station actually operates before being relied upon.

1. Agreement

By accepting a proposal, the advertiser agrees to the campaign described in that proposal, including its duration, the placements included and the price shown at the point of acceptance.

2. Payment

The advertiser may choose to pay for the campaign in full as a one-off payment, or in monthly instalments, as offered at the point of acceptance. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on each invoice. Where a campaign is paid monthly, each month is invoiced in turn.

3. Late payment

If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the station may pause the campaign until payment is received. The station will contact the advertiser before doing so.

4. Creative and content

The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the content of their advertising is accurate, lawful and not misleading. The station may decline or remove advertising that it reasonably considers unsuitable, unlawful or contrary to its standards.

5. Acceptance and cancellation

Accepting a proposal is a commitment to the campaign. Once a proposal has been accepted, the advertiser is liable for the agreed amount, and cancelling after acceptance may incur a cancellation fee, except where the station cancels the campaign. Any amounts already invoiced for a period that has begun remain payable. The specific cancellation charge and notice period depend on the length and type of campaign agreed.

6. Liability

The station provides advertising services with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome from a campaign.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time a proposal is accepted is the version that applies to that campaign.
