Local residents' overwhelming generosity drove the impressive total during this year's festivities. Street collections throughout the carnival raised £620, which was further boosted by an additional £180 from the evening raffle.
The team officially presented the funds to the Kettering Street Pastors alongside a giant cheque. The essential funding will go directly towards helping the volunteer pastors continue their fantastic work providing safety, care, and a listening ear on Kettering's streets at night.
Local residents have been quick to praise the fundraising efforts online, with community members congratulating the carnival team for their hard work and celebrating the successful return of the much-loved event.
