Fly over the rainbow with this exciting adaptation of ‘The Wizard of Oz’ that is following the yellow brick road all the way to Kettering this May! Brought to you by Ketterings Christmas Panto Producers, KD Theatre.
Following two impressive nominations from the UK Pantomime Association, Best Direction, Beauty & The Beast, Daniel Bell and Best Ensemble for Dick Wittington, Harlow Playhouse, the Panto force that is KD Theatre Productions present the newest edition of ‘The Wizard of Oz’ touring to The Lighthouse Theatre this May half term (30th & 31st May).
Join Dorothy as she goes on a magical adventure to the Land of Oz. Along the way she makes new friends with the Scarecrow who longs for a brain, the Tin Man who really wants a heart and the very cowardly Lion who is desperate to be brave and have some courage. Dorothy needs to find her way home, but it’s not going to be easy with the Wicked Witch of the West keeping a close eye on her! Will the Great and Powerful Oz be able to help?
A professional cast of West End performers will be gracing the Lighthouse stage as part of their UK wide tour. This spectacular, pantomimic, colourful story is packed with hilarious jokes, dazzling dance routines, glittering scenery and plenty more for all the family!

Touring family theatre has become a major part of the companies’ annual calendar with productions of ‘The Wizard Of Oz’, ‘Treasure Island’,’The Wind In The Willows’, ‘Alice In Wonderland’, ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ touring venues and open-air spaces across the UK during Spring, Summer and Autumn holidays over the past few years.

Alongside their producing work, Katherine & Daniel are extremely passionate about providing quality, affordable and professional performing arts training for young people and manage extremely popular academies under the banner of ‘KD Academy’, training over 200 enthusiastic young people on a weekly basis.
